Glyme Farm, Chipping Norton at 7pm. SP3226. Post code OX7 5XJ

Linden Cornwallis will be showing us around his farm and with some luck we will be able to see the field of rare Meadow Clary, this plant is restricted to scattered localities in England. For those who do not know this area it is well worth a visit. Linden farms sheep but with nature in mind. Hopefully we will be able to hear some of the warblers likely on the farm as well as Green Woodpecker and if it is a warm evening butterflies. Please wear suitable footwear.

The entrance to Glyme Farm is from the B4026 just outside Chipping Norton. Please drive down the long drive and park as directed near the barns Location: OS Map

Outdoor meetings start at 7pm so we can have as much daylight as possible. Please car-share where possible as parking is sometimes a problem. Rain does not deter us from our outdoor meetings. It’s a great opportunity to meet other members and hopefully see a few birds.
